Thanks, part of the problem was solved when I corrected the typo. Now it
recognizes one of the missing directories.
> .libPaths()
[1] "C:/Program Files/R/win-library/2.15" "C:/Program
Files/R/R-2.15.1/library"
That typo is in the original files, I haven't changed that part, just
