[Rd] Heads up on the gnomeGUI package and pending FC changes

Hi all, Tom Callaway from Red Hat posted a note on the Fedora Extras list yesterday announcing that he will be retiring the R-gnomeGUI RPM from Extras. After a brief clarification exchange this morning, I am posting the information here. The Fedora Development team has removed the old GNOME versi
