Here is a simplified update to net/dnscrypt-proxy 2.0.42. I leave the
bugfix to upstream, which plans to fix it. Once that bugfix comes, we
may have to add _dnscrypt-proxy:_dnscrypt-proxy ownership for
/var/dnscrypt-proxy in pkg/PLIST.
