and run into a few problems which may be my misunderstanding, or maybe

Eg. I applied a locally-built pcre-7.7 package to a 4.

I am working on another port, and I'm having problems with pkg_add. I'm not
sure why I cannot resolve the package. I still need to patch (warnings below)
