codeberg support for DIST_TUPLES

Straightforwardly, this adds support for codeberg so that it can be used in DIST_TUPLES. Unfortunately, it breaks the alignment in SITES.* :/ The first two ports that could use this that comes to mind are graphics/nsxiv and devel/leiningen that both moved to codeberg (althought they both have a g
