And of course the dhcp stuff errors out so I had to remove that part
in order to compile the Ethernet stuff.
Will look more closely at this before I'll do something for the
comment in the makefile.

Found some include-file stuff later when actually compiling the
Ethernet lib for arduino which also needs to go in, and sthen pointed
out that I need to bump the sub-version also, I'll make a complete
diff when I have it compiling (the ethernet-arduino code).
