I do not have any testing environment too,
but I checked there is no problem to make package on -current/amd64.
The posted patch is ok but I suggest adding --enable-{usb-blaster,openjtag,
presto} to clear supported JTAG interface. (Indeed they are enabled
automatically.)

ians@ mentioned there was an update available for this, he couldn't get
it to do what he wanted (no async support in libusb1) but it probably
makes sense to update anyway .. any feedback/oks? (it's not something
I can test myself).
