UPDATE: mt-daapd-0.2.4

Update to 0.2.4, fixes compatibility with iTunes 6.0.4. Works on i386. Should not require big testing since the changes from the previous version are minor. Arnaud -- "i think we should rewrite the kernel in java since it has good support for threads." - Ted Unangst
