But writing doesn't work: # setpci -s 0:1f.0 a4.b=0 setpci: obsd_write: ioctl(PCIOCWRITE) failed If found a solution already, albeit not with setpci but with pcitweak: pcitweak -w 0:1f:0 -b 0xa4 0x00 does exactly what I need. Anyway, if I can help you testing pciutils, I'd be happy to do that

I tested your patch, works fine! :-) Though I have a problem with pciutils: I forgot to mention this, sorry: Same problem also with the pciutils-2.2.1.tgz package. The upgrade to 2.2.4 didn't help. Tas.
