How do I get packages to use python 2.4? I installed it, but python
stuff keeps going to /usr/local/lib/python2.3/site-packages instead.
I even put PYTHON_VER=2.4 in the Makefiles, which I thought would do
it but no.
What are the semantics of MODULE and BUILD_REQ? I don't really
understand

IIRC, OpenBSD 3.8's libpcap is too ancient to be used with tools like scapy.
This is the latest pcap distro.
There is one gotcha, in that the tar file refers to libpcap/ as well
as libpcap/. which mean the same thing, so tar exits with non-zero

libpcap 0.9.4? One can't make use of pcapy.py or scapy without
installing this seperately.
