Enable OpenBSD NVMe disk support in smartmontools

The diff below enables smartmontools (smartctl & smartd) support for NVMe disks on -current kernels with the latest nvme(4) passthrough commits. Obvious features tested and work for me on various amd64 boxes and my m1 macmini. ian@ has also succesfully tested it. Thoughts? OK? -- Ken Index
