I have done light patchwork to allow the binary to be ran from anywhere
so core files can be properly dumped again. (referencing Omar's patch

I noticed that 3.3.9 doesn't always start playback due to sync errors
when connecting; it does not recover, but restarting the daemon and
reconnecting a few times works, then playback is stable.
With 4.3.2 I see the same behaviour, possibly more often.

I installed i2pd, followed its README, read the config and --help
output, looked through https://i2pd.website, but couldn't make a simple
'curl --socks5 127.0.0.1:4447 openbsd.org' work (4447/tcp being i2pd's
default SOCKS5 p
Manual instructions are from 2020, we gained /etc/login.d/* support
in 2022, so automate it.
(I have no idea if/how i2pd actually works.)
