variables into the MOD* namespace. I didn't intend for
MODCABAL_post-extract to be use

This is a bigger diff that (finally) enables the mono module for Godot
and allows running Godot projects with C# instead of Godot's own
GDScript language in the editor. As this has been a bigger endeavor,

please find below a diff to update www/qutebrowser to version 3.0.0.
Qutebrowser defaults to using PyQt6 now, but we fallback to PyQt5
since PyQt6 hasn't been ported to OpenBSD yet.
