This is my first patch to OpenBSD ports.
This updates lang/nim from 1.2.0 to 1.4.2
Version 1.2.0 on OpenBSD 6.8 fails 'make install' with a symptom similar to
what is described in https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/issues/13645 and fixed in
https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/pull/13692

Derek, I'm curious if you were able to "make install" lang/nim?
I am running into linker issues on OpenBSD 6.8 and wonder if this is
something others have run into as well.

As mentioned in the py-protobuf update mail, moving py-axolotl to
python3 only will allow moving py-protobuf to python3 only which will
make my life a bit easier. It's the first time I do this, so please
look closely. Not showing the quirks diff as there's too much churn in
there these days.

Nothing depends on it, but I would like to port evil-winrm, which would require
this update.

This updates pg_activity to 2.1.2, switches to Python 3, and renames the
packagee from "py-pg_activity" to just "pg_activity" as it's a standalone
tool. Requires new port sysutils/py-blessed (attached).
