The following diff adds "-y" support in pkg_delete and pkg_add. The option is
quit simple when a yes/no prompt would be presented, assume that the user
entered "yes". I often need that for pkg_delete when I work on KDE updates.
A simple example:
$ doas pkg_delete prison-kf5-5.76.0

The latest version of dnspython drops support for py2, but there
are a number of packages that are currently py2 only. I'd like to
propose splitting py-dnspython into py2 and py3 specific versions
to allow the latest py3-only version to be used.

this is a new port, the program is a GUI to browse rclone repositories
and easily make sync scripts.
Note that sometimes it will produce a core dump upon exit but it's
a Qt bug that also happen in all Qt programs...

It build well and run well on amd64-6.8 system.
No tests defined and on other ports depend on it.
