Back in February, Brian Callahan shared an update to lang/quickjs
2020.01.19. I made a mess trying to make it work with egcc -latomic
on macppc, and then no one committed the update. OpenBSD ports is
still at quickjs 2019.10.27.
Here is an update to 2020.09.06. It works for me on amd64,

Attached is a port of the command line utility for Docker, specifically
version v19.03.13.
This is created in the same spirit as sysutils/kubectl, allowing OpenBSD
users to interact with Docker servers from their OpenBSD systems.
