Unbreak libproxy with upcoming ninja 1.9.0 update.
Target name like "test" are not allowed so let's just rename it. Noting
depends on it. Tested with ninja-1.8.2p1 and ninja-1.9.0.

I got it installed on my i386 platform Virtualbox. Couple of things:
- The container directory has a spelling error. minifulx instead of
miniflex, same for the tar file
- The miniflux user and group would still need to have been created in
the "/usr/ports/infrastructure/db/user.list"
