Hi,
Attached is a patch to fonts/terminus adds two new FLAVORs:
``real_russian'' which makes cyrillic letters look more like those of a
typical print typeface, and ``distinct_l'' which enables exactly what
one would think. This still doesn't cover the full set of internal
patches, but I think

Hi,
naddy@ reports to me a new problem in the configure script of rust.
When the configure script test the bootstrap version, it didn't use the
libraries attached. As some system libraries were bumped (hello libpthread),
the binary couldn't be run at configure stage (but it is done well in
build)

I had discussed this Solène and said there was no need to resend since
I don't think fixing wxneeded
Could someone test this on mips64 and mips64el please, to make sure that
the added code doesn't cause any problems?

Changes since the last public release (1.6.24):
Reject oversized iCCP profile immediately.
Cleaned up PNG_DEBUG compile of pngtest.c.

As edd noticed, when you're updating a port, patches sometimes misapply
in a bad way, and it can be hard to spot them with the default quiet
patch flags. Any objection to flipping the default for PATCH_DEBUG to
make this easier to see? OK?

The patch was mangled. Can you please resend?

a newer branch, but it's quite a big change and still pretty recent,
so I'd like to hold off a while before doing that..)

Either it should be updated or removed. There are a couple of commits
recently so it doesn't seem *totally* dead upstream, but it's not very
active.
