There were several problems with math/pari.
Short version:
- upgrade to the latest 2.1.x version (2.1.7) to keep Math::Pari
compatibility, and correct all problems
- test target ok for math/pari (on amd64)
- test target ok for math/p5-Math-Pari (on amd64)
