to the version that support DNSSEC
and add the patch for ipset :

as soon as Simon Kelley accept the patch.

Hi,
this is the diff to update setuptools to 3.4.4.
Setuptools will also be used for Python 3 (instead of distribute), but we will
see this after.
Could someone test this diff in a bulk build please ?
