This set of functions maps the arc4random(3) family of libc functions
into Perl code. All functions listed below are ithreads-safe. The
internal XS functions are not, but you are not supposed to call them,
either.
Tested in amd64.

I've been using it this way for over a year now with my own patch on i386
and amd64. Things like easy_install, pylons, py-libxml, py-libxslt, psycopg2
etc all work well. As it's been said before plone might suck.

I installed net/ipfm on 4.7/i386
starting it using
# /usr/local/sbin/ipfm
does not run any daemon that can be found through ps aux
starting it
