Ahm, well... Perl/XS is SHARED_ONLY and pkg/PFRAG.shared shouldn't be
there. Setting it SHARED_ONLY would prevent it to be built on static

Gimp 2.6 needs x11/gnome/gegl to build and one of its dependencies is
python (devel/libgsf, devel/libglade2), so why not enabling python
support ? It does not add other depend
