I am having a problem building flac. Everything looks good until the
port goes to build then I get this message:
cd . && /bin/sh
/home/ports/audio/flac/w-flac-1.2.1p0/flac-1.2.1/missing --run

I am trying to build a port of gambit-c, a scheme compiler and interpreter.
When I configure and build it manually I have not problems and the
build goes fine.
When I use the ports framework, the builds craps out with a error

$ /usr/local/bin/mrtg --user mrtg \
--group stats --lock-file /tmp/mrtg.lock /etc/mrtg.cfg
