dbus-based framework to build unique-instance apps (i.e when your app
already runs, commands are sent to the existing instance instead of
spawning a new one).

The IPtraf port neither exists in OpenBSD nor in any *BSD. First glance
at sources revelals that is it a very Linux-oriented program. Maybe too
much Linux-based.
