NEW: KMyMoney2 for OpenBSD (w/ofx support) [long]

I've had problems, in the past, getting KMM, with OFX support, to build and run on FreeBSD. Since then, I've changed my desktop to OpenBSD, and I thought I'd give it another try. It works, but I ran into some problems on the way. Oh, just so you know: KMyMoney is the Personal Finance Manager

I've updated my sbcl port to 1.0.14, which needs much less patching than 1.0.13. Does anyone see anything that needs fixing, or is this ready to be committed? -jre
