obtw: these basic tests were done on sparc64, amd64.
Gnutls updated to latest version, some functions changed/added and some
bugs has been fixed.
Opencdk must be upgraded too to build gnutls.
Tested on i386.

This updates freetds to 0.64 - it's not especially new but
it's the latest stable version, with various small fixes and
better compatibility with newer mssql.
I've tried it with iodbctest against mssql but don't use it
enough to give it a particularly thorough test. More testing
would be appreciat
