New powerpc packages snapshot

Enable building qt3 with xenocara

This adds an extra "noftinternals" patch to the qt3 port, to enable building it with xenocara. The reason for this is that qt 3.3.5 uses some freetype internals, and since freetype 2.2.0 that is not allowed anymore (xenocara includes freetype 2.2.1). There is more info about these so-called "rogu

New: asterisk-nativesounds

This adds a collection of sound files in ulaw format, with the same sounds as ship with *. The original sounds that ship with * are GSM-encoded, which often has to be transcoded, burning CPU and possibly degrading voice quality. The port is at http://www.darwinsys.com/openbsd/myports/asterisk
