Ports for SIP (needed for Py-QT) and Py-QT. I'm not entirely sure I handled
the odd build process in the best way.

Is anyone working on a BASE port? Does anyone with BASE installed have the
archive feature successfully?

The host gates.enemy.at does not resolve. Also found ftp.enemy.at does
not allow anonymous access. The web site appears to be a music related
site. I doubt they host the asmail dist file anymore. Patch removes
the failing hostname from MASTER_SITES. Confirmed the sourceforge
mirrors still host
I'm successfuly running GTK+2 apps on my primary desktop for a week,
those apps are: firefox, mozilla, thunderbird, gftp, gtkam. And as you
know these packages also depends on others which in also depends on glib2.

Attached patch removes references to ftp.eos.hokudai.ac.jp. They are
not listed on the x.org mirrors list. Hostname does not resolve either.
The graphics/gmt and math/octave ports referenced the host directly.
