just render as 16x16 the result will be quite poor. i fear it would take a
quite big amount of work to do good little flags (align the bands to the
pixels basically

do. In this case, flags country can be used in other applications wich need big
size. There is 215 flag to do.
To do the job, we can ask the community from each corner of the word. That
