Looks like this is something were consensus needs more work before moving on
with whatever plan.
Will look more into this end of April. Though also happy to have someone else
pick up this topic meanwhile and do the lead.

I feel what Friedrich speak a basic user and Kainz.a a advanced user.
All process the bug info report is for advanced user; it happen.
I am enduser and I have KDE for everyone.

first It would be nice to have an info / help page for the plasmoid. Each
application has an about page if it is helpful or not, when each plasmoid
has an about page it feels more like an signle application as it is and not
part of something else.
second I reported a lot of bugs in the last month

I would propose we add a "Help" drop-down menu button to the bottom left corner
of the plasmoid config dialog similar to what DrKonqi or the widget-based KCMs
have and place a Help (userbase link?), About this plasmoid and Report bug
entry there.
