snap-kcm is requested in Plasma 6.3 so I'll look to include that assuming it has passed KDE review checks Jonathan

Yes indeed feature freeze today so the list of released tars from git modules should be closed. I plan to release the same modules as for 6.2 with the addition of spectacle which is have a slightly confusing overlap with KDE Gear where I need to twiddle bits to get the translations out of trunk.
