I hate to be a whiner, but I would love to be able to color-tint any
theme. I don't suppose there could someday be an extra "Plasma Color"
in the KDE Control Center that would affect _every_ theme?

Actualy If you don't have composite enabled panel doesn't looks very well with
some wallpapers, so I thought that we should use a simple workaround: we can
get the current background from the desktop view and then we can do
compositing on it.
(Kicker used a similiar workaround for a lot of
