Frameworks uses a separate version for dependencies on other Frameworks
which means when a release version bump happens it doesn't break all CI or
local builds because it can still DEP on an older version. This seems
useful to do for Plasma too. Does it make sense and should I backport it
to Plasm
As discussed at yesterday's meeting I made a provisional calendar for the
next cycle with bugfix releases on the fibonacci 1,1,2,3,5 week cycle then
the 6.1 beta on May 23 and 6.0 tars made June 13
