Hello fellow Plasma devs, I'd like to request a feature freeze exception for https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-welcome/-/merge_requests/42. If merged, this will improve the autostart behavior of the welcome center app so that we have adequate metadata set for the following Plasma version.
