I have few questions... is it able to use a kde spelling dictionary for it?
I ask that because would be interesting to have it in ktp-text-ui component of
kde-telepathy...

those are the qml based plasma components, and are periodically updated, so if
you want to expand/correct something just do it in the file comments and then
it will land there, just like the other apidox
