There is not a DBus interface exportable, however for 4.4 it would be nice if
we could remove that code from PowerDevil and put it somewhere else (ideas,
anyone?)

Could you please test this - add a folderview into the panel by dragging an
application:/something/ (for example applications:/Internet/) and then right-
click it.
I've been receiving a crash in FolderView::contextualActions () when
KFileItem::permissions () is called.
