tired any linux programs but for windows I still go with Zend instead of

wasnt compiled with the Zip uncompressing functions, otherwise Id do it with
php, so I was wondering if there was a linux-x86 binary that just opens zip

them from changing usernames and then voteing again?
Am open to ALL suggestions and ideas but I have to make this pretty secure
as a lot of big company names are involved and may try to boost their own
