[PHP] calling php files from within shtml files

I have a error page in shtml (must stay that way) but I have a cool one page php script, that acts as a errorpage generator...and a automatic email of all errors to admin...script... in order to make it work correctly... an ".htaccess" file must be in the public_html root... with the following li
