.0 is PHP 4.2.2 and Apache 2.x
Is this a bug in apache or php? Does anyone have a fix?
I've searched the web and I don't see anyone else having this problem.

I've applied the patch for FastTemplates and php4. The version of PHP
that comes with RedHat 7.3 is 4.1.2 which is the same as my Mac OSX

I was wondering how I could set a time range using the date element. What I
need is a way to limit the time fields to reflect the times available. So if
the range is 7 am to 4 pm I would like the hours menu to only contain
7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4. Any time selected before 12 would be am
