this will not work, but what you can do is this:
$ser = serialize($this);
echo "Bar\n";
and then do this in foo.php:
$object = deserialize($_GET['this']);
Another way could be to use sessions, which will be a lot easier to work

? That's just how OO design works... If you have a non-static method you
can always have a $this-> lingering in there. Now, if you call this
method with the static syntax, $this suddenly doesn'
