So that we have a page to compare between PHP4 and
PHP5, I have taken the home page of php.net. I have a
local copy 'php.local' and re-ran the tests on the
first page (ab running on 'php.local')
ab http://php.loca/ -n1000 -c10

The problem here could be that while it's possible to improve the speed
of execution it's not possible to do so for the full set of function
