What I like the most about WSFTP is that you can edit files on the
remote site. Very handy!

I would highly recomend filezilla:
http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/
It's open source, it works great and it doesn't have any ads or spyware like
some of the other 'free' windows ftp programs.
