Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with them, so far thankfully we
have not and support seems really good.
Just checked their site AND IT LOADED spoke to their support, they had
a problem with their nameservers settings...so they say anyway but no reason
to doubt them from my sid
I, for one, will be glad to see they are gone (if indeed that is the
case).
By the way the site is loading fine for me.
They have shifty business tactics and actually used my design and one of
my
clients as part of their "portfolio" -- claiming it as their own I
have
