Microsoft's PWS and PHP executable as CGI. I beleave.
I've had problems with porting php scripts from Linux/Apache/mod_php to
Windows/PWS/php as CGI in the past becourse PWS failed to serve pages with
short URLs like directory/?arg1=x&arg2=y
