The CSV file I attached to the original post is a pretty good example of a
list FAQ.
I'll have a go at it soon, and offer it up for modification, since I know
that i'm not "guru" enough to get it all right :)

It's been a while that we at PHPBeginner.com were thinking to merge with
some other sites full of useful information in order to create a
noticeably large knowledge base for anyone interested in PHP.
