The error is "The File Could Not Be Found".
Don't know if you got my latest mail regarding this issue, but I did things
a little differently but still the same result.

I spent most of my afternoon going through everything in the computer, from
DOS to the Temporary Files Folder, pertaining to what was happening, and I
you're absolutely correct, because my findings also suggested me nothing
else but that Microsoft was screwing it up.

One thing you might want to try...
I've noticed over the years that Microsoft will usually manage to screw up
if you've got a dynamic URL. I really don't understand (or care)
