I noticed when I install the PHP using hte version with "pl", like PHP-4.0.4pl1, and compile Apache with this PHP. Apache said it couldn't compile the PHP and doesn't compile it. I struggled with it for a few hours. Then I end up installing PHP-4.0.2 without the "pl" on it and compile Apache
