I've tried using the transaction functionality in ADOdb (PHP
implementation of ADO) but it doesn't work seem to work correctly, even
though it says it does.

Warning: SQL error: , SQL state 0 in SQLConnect in c:\program files\apache
group\apache\htdocs\test.php on line 7
