I've downloaded "turck-mmcache-2.4.6-win32-php-4.3.4.zip".
I'm running PHP 4.3.4 (InstallShield version) on Apache 1.3.23.
The default setting for PHP was to run as CGI - but Turck readme said, it
needs to be mod.
OK, i've set httpd.conf.
I've copied mmcache things into php.ini (c:\apache\p
