If you look at the tutorial no. 5 on www.fpdf.org, all you need is to
change LoadData function, example:
function LoadData($condition)
{
$res=mysql_query("SELECT * FROM table WHERE 1 AND ($condition)");
while($data[]=mysql_fetch_row($res) ) { }
return $data;
